Exchange & Refund Policy

At Aymral customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase please review our policy below.

Exchange Policy

• Products can be exchanged within 7 days of receiving your order.
• Items must be unused unwashed unworn and returned with all original tags and packaging.
• Exchanges are subject to product availability.
• If the requested item is unavailable you may exchange it for another product of equal value or pay the difference for a higher-priced item.

Refund Policy

• Refunds are only offered if you receive a damaged defective or incorrect item.
• To request a refund please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order and provide clear photos of the issue.
• Once your request is approved your refund will be processed using the original payment method or as agreed with our support team.

Non-Refundable Items

Refunds or exchanges will not be accepted for:

• Products that have been used washed or damaged after delivery.

Return Shipping

Return Eligibility

• Items must be unused unworn unwashed and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
